Where do you deliver? The world is just our cup of tea. But while we source the finest produce from around the world, we can’t necessarily deliver quite that far! For the time being, we can post teas and accessories to:

How much does delivery cost and how long will it take? We've tried to keep the prices down and offer £3.95 postage if you who don't mind waiting an extra couple of days (UK customers only). If you need your parcel urgently please get in touch.

What’s your return policy? We have a no quibble return policy - which does exactly what it says. If you want to return something, for any reason at all, we won't quibble, argue or even bat an eyelid. You’ve got 7 days from receipt to make your mind up about any order. As long as we hear from you within 7 days of your receipt of your order, we'll exchange or refund it, no questions asked. All we ask is that you send it back to us as promptly as possible and make sure it’s properly wrapped and packaged. Keep a proof of postage, and it’s probably sensible to send it for a signature on delivery to us.
